Why Teaching? I believe that every child has the right to learn music and that every child can. Music is a means of self-expression and builds self-confidence. Teaching, for me, is about passing on generations of passion, history, beauty, and art so the next generation of incredible people may find beauty in all things.
Why St. Pius?: An incredible opportunity to build a strong music program. The students at St Pius are magnificent and talented. It is my pleasure to be their teacher.
What do I do in my spare time?: I don't know about spare time but I'm a performer and world champion fiddler. I'm also an award-winning singer/songwriter with 6 Fiddler of the Year titles. I'm a traditionally published author and write music with various teams of Grammy-award winning artists and writers. I'm also a psychology professor at Volunteer State University and the music specialist at St John Vianney.
Fun Fact: I love Disneyworld! My favorite ride is the Rockin' Rollercoaster!
Favorite Bible verse: Proverbs 3:5 - "Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not on your own understanding."
